Basically, we provide 1 credit to your Loyalty Program account (certified with your LRC membership number) for each stay at one of our member ryokans. When you earned 10 credits within 3 years, we usually offer you a complimentary stay at one of our member ryokans. But during this limited-time offer, we will double the amount of credit, so you’ll automatically earn 2 credits for 1 stay at any of our member ryokans starting from January 25, 2021 until February 26, 2021!
