SUIGEI BREWING CO.,LTD
Suigei Shuzo has been brewing sake for 148 years in Tosa, Kochi prefecture. The name “Suigei” comes from “Geikai Suikou,” pen name of historical figure during the Bakumatsu era, lord Yodo Yamauchi. The name represents a king swiftly swimming across the pacific ocean. Our sake uses spring water in Kochi prefecture and is created in small amounts by hand. We aim to make sake that is well paired with food while keeping the traditional way of making quality sake. The sake has mild aroma and refreshing, clear acidity and bitterness.
