THE RYOKAN COLLECTION

The main bathing area is a rotemburo open-air bath, its stone tub inset into an infinity pool and accessed by stepping stones. Waterfalls cascade down the walls on either side into the pool, and this, accompanied by the calls of birds in the surrounding woods, results in a lovely audible dimension that combines with the relaxing properties of the warm water into a singular bathing experience.
In the evenings, alcohol lamps are lit around the bath, and their warm flickering light further enhances the feeling of luxurious relaxation.
Guests can reserve the bath for private bathing, 30 minutes at a time, at 5:30 to 10:40 in the morning, and 3:30 to 11:20 in the evening.
