There are two dining rooms - one seating 16 diners and another with multiple tables in private booths that seat 2-4 persons.
The Hiramatsu Hotels & Resorts Kashikojima's chefs do amazing things with the local seafood, produce and other ingredients, taking their cues from French influences, and individualizing the food with their own Japanese wit and imagination. Local mushrooms, awabi clams and the famous Ise Ebi (a kind of huge shrimp) are frequent sights on the tables here.
