The fertile plains around the Yoshino River are the breadbasket of the Kansai region, while fresh and salt water fisheries provide a bounty of seafood. We source this high quality produce from a network of trusted farmers to ensure the peak of flavor for our farm-to-table cuisine. We are proud to support our hard-working neighbors by showcasing the bounty of Tokushima and the wider Shikoku region to the world.
