This room is smaller but spacious and overlooks a traditional stone garden, with the town of Arima and the hillside beyond. The single Japanese tatami room serves as both a living room and as an optional sleeping room, so if you like you can ease into sleep on a traditional Japanese futon amid the restful fragrance of tatami. The room also has twin Western-style beds. The indoor bath is a comfortable hinoki wood tub.
