Bettei- OTOZURE allows you to experience a traditional atmosphere in surroundings unique to Japan. The service given to guests is based on what the staff proudly call, Omotenashi- compassion, hospitality from the heart.

The library has a wonderful collection of information, sources, resources, books, rentable CD&DVD's, located in the relaxed atmosphere of the lobby, where one can still feel, and touch the essence of the nature that surrounds. The business center adjacent to the library offers an easy connect for the business minded guest to a range of state-of-the-art communication equipment.
Japanese Traditional Tea House From the moment you arrive, Bettei-Otozure strives to make everything just right, for each and every guest, right down to serving the perfect cup of green tea.

The serving of green tea is the desire to share the discovery of the richness and complexity of the tea leaf, it is essentially the worship of the "imperfect", as it is a tender attempt to accomplish something possible in this impossible thing we know as life.
Japanese restaurant Unyu As guest's, you will be fortunate enough to have three delicious restaurant choices- Unyu, traditional Japanese "Kaiseki" (multi-course), Zuiun for French food and Choshu where the art of preparing Teppanyaki in front of the diners adds a touch of excitement to one's dining experience.

Unyu opens in the morning from 7-10am for breakfast, and dinner starting at 6pm with your choice of open seating or for a more romantic atmosphere a choice of one of the semi-private rooms.

Tamotsu Ozaki is well known in the area as one of the best chefs and takes great pride in serving up traditional Japanese Kaiseki made from local ingredients.

If you are hungry for change from your regular palate, then "Fugu" (Puffer fish) or "Umi" (Sea Urchin) are selections from the menu that will have you coming back for more. Fugu has a fearsome reputation, but thinly sliced as it is presented is mild in taste, while the Sea Urchin effortlessly melts in your mouth- both of these seafoods are a tribute to nature's best!

Elegance and sophistication are what you see when you enter the lavish dining room, where premier and select vegetables, meats and fresh seafood are served. The staff are educated with the local Sake (Rice Wine), international wines and Shochu selections that they will help to match and compliment your meal. The servers cater to your every need and make your dining experience at Unyu a truly memorable one.
Teppanyaki Restaurant - Choshu In this exclusive space available to just 13 diners a night, courses centering Yamanashi’s famous Choshu wagyu are prepared atop a gleaming teppan grill. White-clad chefs cook every dish before your eyes, explaining the provenance and particularities of every ingredient. The dramatically lit garden with its tumbling waterfalls provides a scenic backdrop to their work, for a meal as elegantly entertaining as it is delicious. Perched at the marble counter, well-curated glass of wine in hand, it is hard not to feel you are experiencing the apotheosis of fine dining.
Bar The ambiance is a tribute to nature's beautiful elements- glass, lustrous wood and the groomed gardens are all visible from the comfortable counter seating. The bar offers a wide variety of drinks in a sophisticated yet contemporary setting.

Designed to capture the essence of the natural environment, lofty 3-meter windows reach to the sky, while the wood counter emanate warmth and comfort. Sit back and enjoy the evening with one of your favorite spirits.
