Maki no Oto’s cafe expresses the concept of “macha and chocolate,” serving coffee, home-made chocolates and macha tea served in the traditional way. It also offers four flavors of exquisite chocolates, all of them made in-house – kocha (black tea), bocha (twig tea), sake (made from junmai ginjo sake produced in the area), and – Maki no Oto’s original flavor and a must-try – dried persimmon soaked in rum.
The cafe is a great place to relax and have a drink or coffee after dinner at Wakon.
